About IPCEProfessional firms shouldn’t need ten disconnected systems to run their business.
IPCE was built around a simple observation: professional firms manage clients, services, documents, billing and their own website across too many separate tools.
Why we’re building IPCE
Chartered accountants, company secretaries, advocates, tax consultants and other professionals spend as much time managing their tools as they do managing their practice. A client’s information lives in one place, their documents in another, their invoices in a third, and the firm’s website has nothing to do with any of it.
IPCE connects these layers — identity, services, documents, billing, accounting, client access and the firm’s own website — into one ecosystem, so a professional firm can run its business from one connected place.
Who IPCE is built for
IPCE is designed for chartered accountants, company secretaries, advocates and law firms, tax consultants, mutual fund distributors, insurance professionals and other professional service providers who want their operations and their digital presence to work together.
Principles behind IPCE.
Connected by default
Information entered once should be usable everywhere it’s needed — not re-entered across separate tools.
Modular, not all-or-nothing
A firm should be able to start small and add modules only when they’re actually needed.
Built for the work, not the demo
Every module is shaped around how professional firms actually deliver services, not a generic template.
The firm’s brand comes first
A firm’s website and client portal should carry the firm’s identity — IPCE runs quietly behind it.
Responsible claims
We describe what IPCE does and is designed to do, without overstating security or compliance capabilities.
Built to grow with you
The ecosystem is designed to support a firm from its first few clients to a much larger practice.
